Senior Trainer – Mike Stacy
Commander, United States Navy (CDR, Retired)
Commander Mike Stacy’s career path has allowed him the opportunity to travel extensively, own a successful consulting company and serve in various roles and postings within the US Navy. Because of his unique skill set, academic and hands on training, and vast experience, he offers a practical and actionable approach to coaching, training, and counseling for today’s workforce. He uses his natural talent and experience to assist others in achieving both personal and professional success.
CDR Stacy’s extensive 31 year Naval career began as a Seaman Recruit and progressed to the distinguished position of Naval Commander. While still serving in the Navy but having left active duty, he received his undergraduate degree in Nursing. Following his retirement in 2006, he began his own consulting company, MDS Consulting, LLC, while simultaneously working as a certified consultant for AchieveGlobal.
CDR Stacy is a certified facilitator of Franklin Covey’s 7-Habits of Highly Effective People and AchieveGlobal’s Professional Sales, Leadership and Customer Service programs. He is a highly decorated Naval officer and has been awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with six Golden Stars, the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with two Gold Stars, the Meritorious Unit Medal with three Bronze Stars, numerous other medals, and various unit and service awards.
Throughout his naval and consulting careers, he has lived in 2 countries, 9 US states, was stationed on 3 Naval vessels and held administrative roles in 5 hospitals/medical treatment facilities. His service in senior leadership and recruiting roles gives him a wide range of experience and interaction with individuals at all levels of employment, personal and professional development.
Commander Stacy is a native of Chickasaw, Alabama. He attended Graceland University and received his M.A. degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy State University. He has been married for 46 years to Karen Elaine Spearman. The Stacy’s family consists of one daughter, son-in-law, three grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.


Trainer- Mika Pharez
Mika Pharez, a mother of 3 was raised in a military home so she moved around often. She spent most of her childhood in Pensacola Florida, and graduated high school in Rota Spain. Traveling to over 20 countries has allowed her to work with multiple cultures and languages creating a very culturally sensitive individual.
She moved to Florence, AL graduating from the University of North Alabama with a dual major in history and photography. After graduation, she worked with Conde systems in Mobile AL progressing from their shipping department to a sales account manager. She is a professionally licensed scuba diver and has owned her own photography company for over 10 years. She met and married her husband, becoming an instant mom to two girls, then a year later their daughter was born.
Mika was the head of the Racking Horse Breeders Horse Inspection Organization. She acted as a liaison between the USDA and the Racking Horse breed itself. She was the head of training the staff to inspect horses and ensure compliance with the Horse Protection Act. Working closely with the county commissioner and the USDA.
She worked at PowerGrid as a department head growing accounts, from 50 to over 400 two years later. In her role as department head she trained and managed 4 employees.
In 2021 she became a Consultant with MDS Consulting LLC, creating procedures and processes. She is Certified to Teach DiSC and Emotional Intelligence. She is a vastly creative individual, functioning as costume designer for Alabama Center for the Arts, and is strongly immersed in local theater. She is very personable, loyal and a superb problem solver.
